The Hours Leak Scorecard is a free page you fill in, in about ten minutes. It shows where your branch's hours go each week, job by job. If you'd like, seven short emails follow over three weeks, one idea each, so you can act on what it shows.

You see the repeat jobs that take up your team's week, one at a time. It is useful before you decide whether you need another hire. If it shows hours worth getting back, a start session (a paid session of about two hours, from £350) is the natural next step.

You get the scorecard by email. Tick the box on the form if you'd also like seven short emails over three weeks; reply "stop" to any of them and they end there. To ask for a short fit call, tick the fit call box on the form.

All seven promote Fit Ventures AI's services: email 3 gives the prices, email 4 explains the refund promises, emails 5 and 6 invite you to book a call, and email 7 offers the start session. They only come if you tick the box, and nothing else follows unless you ask for it.

The next step, only if you want it, is a start session (from £350), with a written plan within 7 days.

If your written plan does not give you at least three fixes you would actually use for the needs we agreed in the start session, tell us within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund the start session fee in full within 14 days of hearing from you. The terms have the detail.
